Indeed these scouts would probably prefer to spend the time and money to unearth a great new songwriter than to buy silver or even to buy gold. Ok perhaps that's an exaggeration as who wouldn't rather have a shiny gold bar than a shiny mp3 :) Nearly every genre of music is represented, and nothing is taboo.
